Tahini Dijon Dressing

This lemony dressing is perfect on roasted veggies, salads and veggie or grain bowls!

Prep Time: 5 minutes   

WHAT YOU NEED:

4 Tbsp. tahini

2 ½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Touch of honey or other sweetener (optional)

MAKING IT:

Combine all ingredients in a small glass bowl.  Thin with a bit of water to desired consistency.  Refrigerate any leftovers.  Makes about ½ cup.

TIP: Tahini is sesame seed paste and can be found in the natural food aisle of most grocery stores.

Serves: 4
